5.dbttf.ttf FixedDB ThaiText font
6.dbttf_n.ttfFixedDB ThaiText New
7.setup.bat Batch file for copy files . if your directory windows like this c:\windows\system Click Here

Install Thai Font and Thai Keybord.

When you download ready. You must install Thai Font and Thai Keybord.
1. Run file zzzth95.exe for exctract in directory c:\set2thai
2. copy thaikbd.exe to Windows directory(c:\windows)
3. copy thaihook.dll to Windows\system (c:\windows\system)
4. copy All fonts to Windows\Font(c:\windows\fonts)
5. Open Control Panel
6. Open Fonts
7. Selcct File Menu
8. Select Install New Font
9. Select font files your extract
10. Click OK
11. If you want to write e-mail in Thai. You must run Thaikbd.exe in Windows directory before open Browser (Internet Explorer or Netscape)

Remark Don't worry this operation not effect your system because you only add files not install program.

How to read Thai in Browser

Internet Explorer English Edition 3.xx

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. click at View menu, and select at Options
3. At Options select General tab,
4. click at [Font Settings] button.
5. At Fonts window set Proportional font: DB ThaiText
6. click [OK].

Internet Explorer English Edition 4.xx

1.At fonts is set to
For encoding : Western
- proportional font = DB ThaiText
- fixed font = MS Sans Serif
- size = Largest

Netscape Navigator 3.xx

1. Open Netscape Navigator
2. select Options menu, and select General Preferences
3. At Preferences select Fonts tab,
4. At [Choose Font] button to change font
- Use the Proportional Font: DB ThaiText font
- Use the Fixed Font : New DBFixed ThaiText
5 click [OK].

Netscape Communicator 4.xx

1. Open Netscape Communicator
2. Select Edit Menu and select Preferances
3. At Preferances select Appearance
4. In Appearance select Fonts
- For the Encoding : User Define
- Variable Width Font: DB ThaiText font
- Fixed Width Font : FixedDB Thai Text New
At Sometimes a document wil provide its own fonts.
- Select Use Docuement-specified fonts,including Dynamic Fonts
5. click [OK].

How to use Netscape Navigator and Communicator

When you set Thai Fonts alredy. For read Web Thai.
1. Select Option and select Document Encoding
-Thai Web select User Defined
-English Web select Western(Latin1) Click Here

How to read/write Thai messages in Mail.

First you must run Thaikbd.exe(in Windows directory )before open Browser (Internet Explorer or Netscape)

Intenet Mail

1. Open Intenet Mail window,
2. click at Mail menu, then click at Options
3. At Options window, select Fonts tab, Default Font : DB ThaiText
4. then click [OK].

Netscape Mail.

1. Open Netscape Mail
2. Select Options menu and select General Preferences
3. At Preferences select Fonts tab
For the Encoding : User Define,
Use the Proportional Font: DB-Thai Text
Use the Fixed Font : DB-Thai TextFixed
4. then click [OK].
5. When you want to Read or Write Thai
Select Options menu and select
Document Encoding = User Defined


Eudora Mail

1. Open Eudora Mail
2. At Tools menu select Options
3. At Category select at Fonts & Display,
4. Change Screen font: to DB-Thai Text
